3. Service Terms

• Services are provided for personal, non-commercial travel purposes
• Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

• Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
• Accurate and complete information must be provided

4. Booking and Payment

• All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
• Payment terms will be specified at time of booking
• Deposits may be required to confirm reservations
• Full payment typically due 30 days before departure
• Payment methods accepted will be communicated during booking

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing
• Cancellation fees apply based on timing before departure
• More than 60 days: 25% of tour price
• 30-60 days: 50% of tour price
• Less than 30 days: 100% of tour price
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended

6. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to make changes to tour itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, safety concerns, or local conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to provide comparable alternatives.

7. Traveler Responsibilities

• Maintain valid passport and obtain necessary visas
• Ensure adequate health and travel insurance coverage
• Follow instructions provided by guides and staff
• Respect local laws, customs, and cultural practices
• Arrive on time for all scheduled activities

8. Limitation of Liability

• Services provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control
• Liability limited to the service fees paid
• No liability for indirect or consequential damages
• User assumes risk of service use

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website remains the property of Coastal Korea. Users are granted a limited license for personal, non-commercial use only. No reproduction without written permission.

10. Dispute Resolution

• Initial attempt at informal resolution (30 days)
• Mediation as second step if needed
• Binding arbitration if necessary
• Jurisdiction: Singapore law applies
• Disputes heard in Singapore courts

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

12. General Provisions
